Since accepting a position as visual production coordinator, life has turned into crazy-epicness. It’s awesome, but it’s crazy. For work today, we hung out with the composer of Dexter, Dan Licht. That’s all I can say really, here are some pictures. lol.

Funny… My girlfriend, Simone, got us tickets to see Lil Wayne + Young Money crew(with rappers like Rick Ross and the Cool Kids opening). Both my girlfriend and I are electro/indie/alt heads, so going to a rap concert was pretty interesting to us. Overall, Lil Wayne and his gang put on a pretty entertaining show, it was great seeing him healthy and connecting his audience. Simone was stoked for Nicki Minaj who killed it. Gotta say a huge thank you to the peeps that helped me get a Coachella ticket. Like a lot of people, I didn’t get to purchase my $310 of fun before they sold out(in 6 days of being on sale!!!). Luckily, I had a buddy who knew a buddy at Golden Voice who hooked it up. Thanks again, I really appreciate.
Camping 3 days in the scorching sun is never easy, good thing Coachella provided amazing music and art to shade the harsh rays during the epic weekend. Unfortunately, the only coverage I got this year of Coachella was with my iPhone. Staff was being tough on peeps having a DSLR, so I saved myself time and left my cam in the car all weekend. My job had me choose a drive for me to work on for projects. Decided to go with a DIY(enclosure and 2.5″ Seagate HDD) drive from OWC…
I was pretty stoked to get the package, I’ve never put together a drive in a enclosure before, though I was really familiar with the process.
Tried to show Simone how to put it together, but I don’t think she was that interested. I did teach her how to put RAM into her computer a couple of weeks ago though.
I loved putting things together. Had a blast screwing this sucker in then reformatting it. My kind of fun, eh?
So good.
